"This hotel is pure bliss. If you are looking for a quiet and relaxing get away, Casa Cook is perfect. The swim up rooms are glorious and the two main pools are great relaxing vibes with a bit of atmosphere. The food was delicious and varied every day. If you are looking for a party, go his wouldn’t be ideal as it is very quiet and couple focused but you can visit the sister hotel next door for evening entertainment and the beach is also close by. "Very poor quality food, limited choices, poor housekeeping, in our 10 day stay, our sheets were changed once, the room was not cleaned at all. The pool dirty/cloudy and constantly full of bugs, and was generally in bad condition with broken lights, tiles (with sharp edges) and plagued with ants. Drinks were the usually cheap all inclusive type, and frequently some types were out of stock. Staff were generally friendly and pleasant though. Would not stay again."
