"This is the second time we’ve stayed at the Rimondi Boutique Hotel and it was as perfect as the first time. The customer service is excellent and Room 7 was excellent as it was spread over two floors with a balcony overlooking the street and additional outside sunbathing area which wasn’t overlooked. Although situated in the old town and very close to the restaurants and shops, you do not get any noise disruption - in fact it’s an ideal place in an ideal position."

"We visited Balito with a family of 7 and had the most wonderful stay. The hotel is small but updated and it is run by a wonderful family who makes you feel at home. The pool area is lovely and the breakfast and coffee is perfect in the morning. The rooms were good for our large family (we had two rooms with 3 beds each) and the area is very walkable. "We only needed one night close to the airport for our family, but we want to come back for a real vacation!! The property is lovely and peaceful. The staff was fantastic and took such good care of us. We will definitely be back for a longer stay!"

"Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Super freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal. Uns wurden gleich beim Check in infos für die Sehenswürdigkeiten gegeben und Restaurantsempfehlungen. Strand ist 1‘ zu Fuß entfernt und die Altstadt von Rethymno 20‘ mit dem Auto. Einziger Nachteil: geringe Parkmöglichkeiten "

"Had a great time staying at this lovely hotel. All the staff (reception, restaurant staff and cleaners) were all extremely pleasant and friendly. There is a mini market by the pool which is very well stocked. A bus outside the hotel takes you all the way into the centre of Chania and runs frequently. Bus tickets are available from reception in the hotel but you have to pay in cash for these. They are much cheaper if you buy them here rather than paying the bus driver on the bus. Our stay...

"Hotel located in the Venetian part of Chania, close to many taverns, shops and beaches. Staff were wonderful and helpful when required. The room we had was spacious and nicely restored. Common area balcony overlooked the harbor and was a great place to relax during the evenings. You won't be disappointed if you stay here. "

We enjoyed having a kitchenette so that when we wanted a little break from the beach, we could quickly go back to our room and have a snack.
