This is no fault of the hotel; people are on holiday and naturally want to enjoy themselves. "We had an amazing honeymoon stay at this hotel. The room was new and very clean. The provided robe and slippers were a great touch! The best part is the staff. They were attentive, helpful, and friendly. They went above and beyond and sent a very sweet honeymoon gift and note. The location is central and a short walk to a safe underground public parking lot (paid) and grocery store. Breakfast on the rooftop was consistent and very tasty. 11/10 hotel! Would stay here again in the heartbeat."

"Nice hotel. Nice rooms and pool area. Lovely Spa area but shame you have to book and pay for sauna. Normally are free but not a real issue. Gym looks good too but did not use. Very close to shops and restaurants. Staff were very helpful, polite and always at hand. The food in the restaurant and pool area and breakfast, also drinks were all tasty and well priced. "I loved the location for visiting Old Town. It's also conveniently located right next to the bus station so I recommend taking the the bus from the airport it will save you a ton. "Excellent stay and amazing location. Parking is available at the plaza parking which is a shot walk away. Hotel is great. But not thing you need to be aware of is the hotel closes after 11pm so you may have to call them and let them know you need back into your room, only took a few moments. Nice daily breakfast included and roof top patio to use."
