"This is a very tired old hotel. When I arrived to my floor it smelled so bad - not the room - the hallways. It was like someone hd cooked Indian food there for many years and the carpet retained the odor. The room simply smelled like air freshener (and years go smoke - probably embedded in the carpet). The bed was seriously lumpy. From what I observed, most of the hotel guests were foreigners - not sure if they were also being sold a bill of goods because of the pictures on the hotel web...
