"We stayed at Springhill Suites for an extended period, at a difficult time in our lives. The overnight man Duron was kind and patient with me being up at all hours, walking around and asking questions because I couldn't sleep. The room(s) were good sized, immaculate and even smelled good. The free breakfast was awesome. I didn't miss a single morning. The general manager Issac was pleasant and helpful when I had trouble with my credit card, and none of the staff made us feel unwelcome even though we were there for such a long time. I would stay here again without hesitation, next time I need a hotel."

"This was a good hotel for our stay in Manchester. The location was very close to the wedding venue we were attending and we felt safe during our stay. The breakfast wasn’t the most robust, but was enough for what we needed. I would likely stay here again in the future for the price."

"The motel was fine except for very spotty Wi-fi. Were it not for that I would have rated the place 5 stars. There should be a dedicated non-smoking wing of the motel. I did not notice one, though our room had no smell nor evidence of tobacco."
