"The hotel was in a great location, just across from King's Cross Station. The bedding and bedroom area was really clean, however the ensuite was dated with botched repairs and smelled of drains. The air con unit outside our bedroom window was noisy and kept waking us up. I mentioned it to reception staff and I just got "oh". Overall i don't think we'd stay here again. "

"The Pullman Hotel is well located on the busy Euston Road close to Euston, St. Pancras and Kings Cross railway stations. It is also close to several Underground stations making getting around London by public transport very easy. I had a very quick and efficient check in and was in my room by lunchtime. I had a better room on this occasion. Although my room overlooked the Euston Road the sound insulation was quite good. If you are a light sleeper I would recommend taking ear plugs to be on the safe side. The bathroom was modern with a walk in shower. The towels could be of a better quality. One of the three lifts was out of order for the entirety of my stay resulting in long waits in the morning."

"Clean but very small room (#718) and with an even smaller bathroom. I am medium build and media height. A larger person would have problems using that bathroom. I had to shuffle sideways to get into the shower cubicle (no bath). You would have to be a contortionist to access the toilet roll while sitting on the loo. "
