"Positiv war der tägliche Service mit frischem Wasser im Zimmer sowie die Klimaanlage, die besonders wichtig war, da sich das Zimmer kaum sinnvoll lüften ließ. Deutliche Schwächen gab es bei der Sauberkeit: Handtücher wurden nicht regelmäßig gewechselt und der Teppich war sichtbar verschmutzt. Das Zimmer selbst war sehr beengt und bot wenig Komfort. Insgesamt für kurze Aufenthalte noch akzeptabel, für mehrere Nächte aber nur bedingt empfehlenswert."

"Very clean, recently refurbished rooms and an easy self-check in process. Very comfortable beds, really quiet rooms at the back of the property, a fridge and safe in the room, and an excellent TV with loads of streaming options. The only slight drawbacks were a strange weed-like smell which lingered in the corridor just outside my room during my stay, and my colleague who stayed two floors up was disturbed on both nights by the 'passionate' noise of the guests in the next room..! Very easy...

"Location of the hotel is great, there is a lot of stuff happening around it. Property seems a little old, but the bathroom was upgraded. Breakfast wasn’t that great, I prepaid and the buffet was basic with the same stuff all week. Some variety or nicer food would have been better. Helpdesk service wasn’t great. Many times they don’t pick up the phone, on two occasions when water was requested- once it never came after a few hours and to call back. Another time it wasn’t sent after over an hour...

"I had a quick overnight stay at this property where I checked in at 8pm and out at 8.30am the following day. The room was small, which was expected, but spotlessly clean and fresh. The shower was good and the air conditioning effective. I was disturbed on a number of occasions during the night with people talking and doors closing, but that's possibly because I was located so close to reception. I'd consider staying again if the price was right, but ask to be located further away from reception."

"From the moment we stepped through the door, the Camden staff were fantastic. We unexpectedly got an upgrade to a view of Camden which was really lovely. Rooms were so clean and so comfy. Best hotel I've stayed in so far and definitely will come back to stay again. Thank you!"

"Stayed this past weekend for 4 nights. There is NO AC. The lobby was great, they didn’t alert us there was no AC therefore the rooms felt humid and +85 degrees all day all night. They flat out omitted this simple detail. I asked them they said it was the heat wave. Yet the lobby was cool. The next morning I asked housekeeping they confirmed it’s been like that for a while. Like it was normal. I told them that was unacceptable. They told someone and brought us a old clunky fan that...

"The hotel is fine for the price, and being in Camden noise is expected but there is a double room downstairs underneath the reception. If you have this room you will hear all arrivals to the hotel after hours and the reception staff moving around all night. The desk is open 24/7, very useful for arrivals, not so good if you are struggling to sleep."

"rooms and bathrooms are too small. no elevator, very narrow and steep stairs. perhaps ok for a student hostel but not for the amount that is being changed."
