"The staff was excellent in checking us in. The rooms were quiet and clean. It was convenient to what we wanted to see near that location. Plenty of eating opportunities. "

Cute little downtown area by the University. We were surprised! We're from Kansas City and thought Emporia was super cute downtown.

Emporia is a typical dying mid-western town. Eventually, it to will become history. If Dolly M leaves and the university loses enrollment, it will become a ghost town. I do hope it doesn't happen.
