"The parking is across the street from the hotel and dark at night. The staff made no effort to help me with my luggage or even walk the luggage carrier cart out to my car. Poor customer service. Every trash can near the pool was full and overflowing. On my second day the water went out. The staff did not offer me another room in another tower that did have water. The staff did not offer me a water bottle so I could wash my hands or brush my teeth. After I requested water I was provided...

"The hotel is really good and kept to a high standard as are all Embassy Suites. Nice pool, good breakfast, the evening reception and food options were good also. There is a $29 per day parking fee which we didn't know about until we checked in. Nice hotel great staff."
