"Sweetwater is a small town but still has plenty of places to dine. Lazy beagle was great. This little hotel is right on the Main Street and is in a fantastic location. Easy parking. Specific keypad entry worked perfect. Very nostalgic feel to the place. "

"This is the third time I have stayed here, and the property never dissapoints. To sum it up, it's very clean, quiet, and comfortable. The rooms are immaculate. The beds are super cozy. It's very quiet. The grounds are clean and well kept,. There's plenty of parking, and the staff are super polite. The continental breakfast is an added bonus, and the price is great! This will always be my go to motel anytime I have to stay in Sweetwater!"

"Staff didn’t even ask my name or confirm information. Tack sticking out of floor right in front of bathroom door. Toilet ran all night. Walls had old smoke alarm brackets and art hangars left up. "
