I liked the comfortable bed and room. Easy parking. Easy to get to the hotel. Restaurant food was decent. Housekeeping did a great job replacing our towels and trash daily. The elevator needs updating - it took forever for it to get to our floor.
Our neighbors were very loud (yelling and banging the walls) and the man I spoke to when I called to make a complaint at 2:45 AM one morning was kind of rude about it. Also, when we wanted to be seated at the restaurant the host was on his phone and didn't acknowledge us for a good minute even though we were right in front of him. I know I could've said something, but he was buried in his phone and I wanted to see how long it would take him to notice my husband and I were right in front of him.
The pool was nice, however, I didn't find it fair that they had swimming lessons going on during guest pool hours and had over half the pool closed off to accommodate the lessons. While I'm fine with people getting lessons, I found it odd to be using a hotel pool where guests pay to use on their vacation and during the guest pool hours. If I had children and they couldn't use most of the pool I would be disappointed as a parent. Luckily we didn't mind because it was just two of us, but someday when we have children that's not going to work out well.
