"The property was ok. Beautiful house but a bit run down. Not enough utensils in the kitchen for cooking and eating. The swimming pool is amazing, clean and heated. The dry sauna works well. The wet sauna does not work and the jacuzzi is not operable. The garden is one of the best features, it felt like paradise. It is a great place for a quiet family stay. "I can't talked about the hotel, i only can tell you, i was lost to get to the hotel, and when I called to the hotel to get the exact location, they told me they don't any vacants until 2024. Thanks God that i could contact Karla from Customer Service by email(because i don't have phone service in Colombia) and she do the process with me to put me in another hotel. She was extremely helpful."
