Rude staff. First they will give you the worst condition room, if you are shy/adjustable then you wont complain. If you complain, they will say ,it will be fixed tomorrow because no staff available.

"So the room was really good. The bed was a bit hard, but the rest of the room and amenities and shower were great. The hotel lobby was difficult for me, as I only speak English, and the signs were all in Korean. There is not always an attendant in the lobby, sometimes a person in the 'cieling' speaks to you and can administer your room key through a machine. "Great rooftop area, room with heated floors. The bathroom is a wet room so water really goes everywhere when you shower.
Breakfast is available... But if you see any leftovers out in the afternoon (without any signage) don't eat them! Apparently they're not there for you to eat but are actually sitting out waiting for breakfast the next day..."
