"Great place, especially for the price. My room was clean and tidy, with plenty of the expected accouterments in the bathroom. The staff was friendly and helpful, and there was ample parking. Unfortunately, they were working on the property, so there was no breakfast as of 6/25/26. They did have a coffee and vending machine. It's proximity to plenty of restaurants was a big draw for me. I will be staying again."

"I stayed here on a quick overnight after a delayed flight. The front desk person was pleasant and helpful. The room was clean and the bed and pillows were comfortable. There is a bar/restaurant where I got an appetizer. It was good.I left early in the morning, so I did not use the pool or fitness center. I appreciated the free coffee in the lobby."

"The property was convenient to downtown Dover eateries and had ample parking in a kind of protected courtyard. Our room could have used some TLC. The walls in the bathroom were rough from previous changes and paint, with one spot of drywall exposed from something previously hung on it. There was a void in the ceramic tile on the bathroom floor for an access panel of some sort. The carpet in our room was in need of a serious cleaning or replacement. "The staff was amazing! Super helpful!and kind. We had an ocean front view to watch sunrise from bed!!!!! It was absolutely beautiful. Our own little balcony to people watch.. location was clutch. The room was adorable and VERY clean. When we visit again this will 100 be our spot."

"We got the room for a cheap rate on a last minute trip to the beach. It served its purpose, but that’s about it. Disappointed with the lack of coffee pot and rock hard mattress (and super flat pillows). Also, the motel doesn’t even have an ice machine. And the bathroom is super tiny. But… everything worked and it was a two minute walk to the beach to watch the sunrise in the morning, so as long as you have low expectations, this place isn’t a horrible stay. "Our stay was excellent all around. Our room was clean and comfortable. The hot breakfast was superior, and much appreciated. The desk staff and breakfast staff were friendly and knowledgeable. Parking was accessible behind the Inn, and felt safe and secure. We will stay here again, without hesitation."
