"Our room was extremely spacious and clean. When we checked in, the receptionist stated she was not happy with the room that had been reserved on line. She moved us to a better one, totally voluntary and exceptional customer service."

The agent was occupied with a customer making a phone reservation so we waited 20 minutes for her to finish, even though we had a prepaid reservation. The facility was clean. The breakfast was decently stocked with good variety of items and the room was very comfortable and quiet. "

"BEAUTIFUL setting. Our 2 rooms were at opposite ends (our guest is handicapped), but mgr switched rms for him so his rm was next to ours, and allowed me to park close to guest's rm. If we can attend the games next yr, we'll come back here."
