"Was good"

"I was exhausted from traveling and the stress of a new job and accidentally left my good pair of black shoes behind. I realized almost immediately and let the front desk know and that I would be back in less than a week and she said they would secure them and hold for 30 days. When I returned 5 days later, the same front desk person when to look for them and they were not locked up. Then she went back to the room which was absurd because it was 5 days later, but my shoes were nowhere to be...

"Overall good"

"Very pleasant stay..."

"nice hotel in great location. friendly staff."

"LOVED the heated/ lighted toilet seat!"

"It was wonderful!!!"

"The staff were very nice. The room was okay. Breakfast was a frozen egg omelet that needed to be microwaved."

"The lady at the registration desk was new when we got there, and she did an excellent job. She had recently transferred from a housekeeper after three years to the front desk, it was an amazing choice on the managers judgment."

Instead of the usual disappointing hotel breakfast with fake-tasting eggs and rubbery bacon, they offered a genuinely...

"Heater was loud and hard fan blowing, plus it didn't seem to warm the room. The thermostat was bright blue and doesn't dim for sleeping. The A/C on interior room was a portable unit. Walls are thin and TVs volume, hair dryers, toilets flushing feel like they are in your room."

"This hotel is conveniently located close to shopping and dining. Our room was very clean and the bed was super comfortable! The check in process was so easy and fast! The staf were very friendly. We will definitely stay here again!"

"When booking the rooms it never said the slides were down & the main pool was drained, even after it was booked with no refunds on the rooms, nothing was mentioned about the water park until you arrive onsite & check in & the place still wants to charge you 10.00 for parking. this is ridiculous. The next morning breakfast was not up to standers; everything was cold & the pancakes were hard like a puck."
