"Great place to stay for three nights for the Zootown festival and within walking distance to the fairgrounds. The breakfast vouchers for The Breakfast Club were great too!"

"Great location with very friendly and helpful staff. Lovely coffee shop in the building with bagels and pastries (get there early as the pastries sell out fast) The açai bowls next door were great for my breakfast. Loved our clean, spacious room and we made good use of the outside space."

"No soap at all in the room let alone shampoo, the tissue box was empty, the curtain did not close all the way so light got into the room. We could smell others smoking inside their rooms."

"This place in an absolute dump. I could try and list all of the issues but I just don’t care at this point. A few highlights though are no smoke detector, about 30% of the lights worked, parking lot full of cigarette butts and trash, no towels or blankets provided on check in, showed up 2 hours after check-in time and room not ready, filthy everything. Like I said, there was a lot. I also wouldn’t normally comment on smoke detectors aside from the fact that there are 2 mounts where they once...

"The hotel itself was beautiful and clean and I love the concept. It was clean and comfortable however the staff was impossible to get ahold of even to this day almost a week later I have never been contacted back after calling texting and emailing the contact info they provided. To access the hotel you need a code. The code they sent me originally didn’t work so we were locked out for 30 minutes before we followed the other couple to the cafe next door to ask if they knew how we could get in....

"There was no hot water at all and the front desk staff were not only dismissive, but provided no resolution to our issues - no refund, points or credits. Additionally, they oversold and had to bump us to a different room, will never stay there again."

"The room was clean and check in instructions were clear. The location on the river was awesome. I think the furnishings need a little updating. First 2 nights were peaceful and quiet. Last night we had someone in room above us. Could hear them stomping around late and at 5am. I would recommend this place because of the proximity to river and trails."

"I was charged $20 for Im assuming 2 bottled waters. I never received a full print out of the receipt that showed what the $20 fee was for. Paid over $400 for 1 night stay. Room was ok but not $400 worthy."

"We really like this Hotel, but this recent stay was not our best. The room had a very musty/smoke smell. Staff was very kind a brought us some room spray, but the room still had an odor. We’ll definitely be back, but hopefully have a better room."
