"Nice B&B, bed was very comfortable and the “help yourself” kitchen with coffee and snacks was perfect! My only issue with hotel is that as a solo traveler, it felt very odd to walk into a home and no one was there. You use a code to get into hotel and room but it still felt uncomfortable to me. I wondered if I was the only one there but then I would hear someone walking up stairs. Just a bit unsettling to me. I think if you stay as a couple, it would be perfect. The coupon for breakfast...

"I was visiting to spend time with my grandsons. It was raining and nasty for the day so I thought a pool day would be fun n for them, they let us check in early ( it is the same off season) and they got to spend so much time in the pool! Thank you"

"We had a late check in and the gentleman at the front desk was friendly and efficient. The two queen room was much more spacious than expected. Clean and quiet with a great air conditioning unit! We needed a last minute late checkout and the daytime staff was friendly and accommodating. Parking was easy. Would stay again!"

"The hotel is an older hotel, with a few stains on the carpets but furnishings are in good shape. The room was clean with adequate bathroom, coffee and tea supplies. Staff was friendly and helpful. "I love this hotel. The only thing I don't like is the inner rooms that face the "event space". You can't tell what time it is cause you cannot see outside from your room. This time we had a room with an outside facing window. Much better! So close to downtown, you can walk everywhere. I will always choose this hotel when traveling to Missoula and seeing a show downtown. Eat at El Comino Tacos! Chef's kiss!"

"We have previously liked staying here with our dog. However we were disappointed to see “upgrades” that had paved over the grassy areas off of the first floor rooms. Access to the river is precarious with no safe path, so walking our dog has now become somewhat inconvenient. Not having a microwave in the room nor a freezer section in the room fridge was also inconvenient. Other than that, it is quiet, clean, and close to downtown."

"Old hotel in need of upgrades. Front outdoor awning in falling. Check in staff very nice. Coffee bar looked OK but we didn’t use it. Our room was noisy. Noise from adjoining room. A/C and heating system VERY noisy. Bedding sheets did not appear to changed from prior guests. Toilet seat damaged. Bath tub stained/dirty. Toilet seat paint chipped. It’s past time for a remodel."
