"Soon after booking, we were contacted by the owner to give us information on how to get to the B&B, as well as the options and prices to get from the airport. Very friendly, with restaurant and sight seeing recommendations. He even loaned us an umbrella so we could explore until our room was ready. The location is just out of the busy tourist area, and is surrounded by little restaurants, shops and squares to relax in and enjoy a drink. Lovely!"

"We really appreciated the complimentary bottled water, canned soft drinks, tea and cookies. Our room was spacious but the bathroom needed a little maintenance. Located on the Grand Canal with beautiful view and close to a water bus stop. "

"We stayed at Aqua B to celebrate a landmark anniversary. The location is great, being just 10 minute walk from St Marks Square and the Rialto Bridge. Downside was that there was absolutely no view from the window and the number of steps up to the room (53 to be exact). We had a suite on the top floor. The room was great. "We loved your hotel. It was a little difficult to get to as the square was flooded when we arrived. It is a beautiful hotel, and we were very comfortable there. The breakfast provided was very nice. Thank you for a wonderful stay. "

"Absolutely beautiful B n B in a very convenient location. The decor was probably the best of all the places we stayed in Italy. Only complaint, no one to help with luggage and no elevator. I’m 69 and my wife is 68, the first floor for rooms is some 3 flights up so that’s the minimum one has to carry their luggage. I’d definitely stay again but insist they find someone to take my luggage up. "

The staff is helpful and attentive, and the breakfast exceeded our expectations. It would be nice if the room had some storage space to unpack suitcase, but it worked out without. "

"Very luxurious amazing place. The main entrance is tucked away and not just straight ahead as mentioned/advertised it can be tricky to find even with google maps. We absolutely loved our room however, I thought our room would have a small balcony but it was the only room that did not, and also the room with the smallest windows. It’s still an amazing view but that was the only thing I was disappointed about really."

"Great place and clean our only issue was that the bed was to joint beds and it had a crack in the middle that made it uncomfortable also the bed sheets were old and it rip as soon as we pull it but over all the location was great and close to most important areas. "

"Quaint, very Venetian and in a canal. Highly recommend a stay here. It’s the quiet part of Venice but still has shops and restaurants. Walking to the Grand Canal where you can pick up a water taxi is about 5 minutes. Hosts are very kind too."

"Property itself is fine! Nicely decorated room and halls with vintage furniture; closed in outdoor space to sit and rest. However, I wasn't impressed by the communication by the property and it was rather hard to find the hotel. Every other place we stayed in contacted us prior to our arrival and sent detailed info to find the place; not this one! No answer to phone calls. Contactless check in/no lobby, if it's your thing. You need to read a 15 page booklet (not kidding), to figure everything...

"I stayed for three days, and it was an excellent choice for someone who came to Venice for the first time. The hotel is near the Vaporetto station and the famous bridge, which are perfect. The room was perfect for a solo traveller and looked recently refresred. The bathroom required a bit of manoeuvring inside, but it is a historical building. The breakfast was good, freshly prepared, and the coffee was excellent. I would say that the room TV is probably less important than speedy broadband nowadays, but that is just my personal opinion."

"Our first time in Venice and we couldn’t find many options but Hyatt is a great hotel we had used before in other countries. Murano is very accessible using the Vaporetto, that we bought for $25 or so per person for 24 hrs. Hotel very clean and staff was very friendly and helpful with all of our requests. Breakfast is not included but same thing you can access anywhere, so, for us, special treatment as a guest, was a most and convenient to start moving around."
