"Great location, close to water taxes/buses, and easily walkable to all attractions. Manager and staff outstanding in helpfulness and friendly. Room was a good size, and comfortable. Excellent breakfast. Highly recommended, and would definitely stay again."

"The hotel was more like a Hostel. Considering how much I paid and we couldn’t even have a hot shower. The toilet didn’t flush. There was mold in the shower. The bed was two twin size beds and I paid for a single bed. My husband’s back hurts from sleeping in such an uncomfortable bed. It was terrible. I do not recommend. "

"Really beautiful property - check the pictures online... really pretty. Great location in a quieter area of Venice... it will still have a lot of activity from tourists since Venice is so busy (we stayed in mid-May). There is a gondola station right outside the hotel - I wish I had known that, for a quieter experience than something on the grand canal (too busy, large waves). We walked to Doge's Palace - 25 minutes or so one way. Take a boat if that's too far for you. Property is not...
