"It was a great stay close enough to Broadmeadow race course for day out. Comfortable and quiet stay with food and facilities at your doorstep, very convenient place to stay for out-of-towners."

Room amenities just a bed, one side table and lamp ( two would be better for a double bed) and some shelves. Plus aircon of course. It would be nice to have say a couple of glasses and some water I feel. But absolutely clean and value for money. "
