"The washroom was not really clean. We could not throw our toilet paper in the toilet due to the host rule. Also, the AC didn’t work and the bed pillows were so hard to lay on. However, this place is not far from Cascais center and the neighbourhood is quiet! It’s easy to access to the building, its a great place if you want to stay for a few days. "

The room was pretty basic, kitchenette although no tea cups, no air con, small shower and shower head was broken it dribbled water constantly so we had to leave a towel to stop the sound. "Unable to open door as What’s app not working. Very stressful being locked out. No elevator and a lot of stairs.not equipped for people with disabilities. . Shower wouldn’t work. The company was helpful and seemed nice. They remediated complaints on time. Better place for locals to stay rather than foreigners. People at Nicola restaurant were mean. Not welcoming. "

"Very comfortable and relaxing stay for the family. Pool is a lot of fun for kids. Rooms are spacious , beds comfortable. Staff (Jorge) is friendly and helpful. We will definitely return."

"The studio was nice. There were cold drinks and some sweets waiting for us in the fridge, which was a really nice touch. It's located about 15–20 minutes on foot from Cascais beach, so not too far. Overall, we enjoyed our stay. A couple of things that could be improved: the shower cabin doors didn’t close completely, so a bit of water would leak out after showering. Also, while the bed was comfortable, its legs were loose, which made it a bit shaky."

"Beautiful location. View from oceanfront room is spectacular! The room needed a few touch ups from wear and tear (the air conditioner unit wasn’t fully attached to the wall— simple fix). But overall staff were very friendly, accommodating, communicated well, and friendly. "

"Lovely hotel with clean facilities and friendly staff. The location is in a business area so there aren’t many restaurants within walking distance but Uber is cheap so about€9-10 should get you somewhere to eat. We used google maps to help locate restaurants around. In addition we used Uber a lot to get around. Just be aware that you have to pay $2.50 for water in the rooms although I think you get a complementary bottle which is free. Rooms were cleaned, toilet roll replenished and towels were changed daily. Breakfast was lovely with a variety to choose from. "

"I have been to this Hotel twice already and planning to return as the area is unique. The hotel is properly position, close to everything you need but far enough so you are not bother by noise and crowd of people. The staff is amazing and the hotel speaks for itself. Beautiful luxurious and breath taking. Thank you for the amazing stay."
