"It was an uncomfortable stay. They gave us a queen bed even though we booked a king bed. Terrible since we had our toddler and we were cramped. The front desk made sure not to make the shuttle service was never available. They said they would be taking people to the mall at the top of the hour but somehow managed to always be too busy for that. We found both buses just parked each time. Don’t book here terrible service."

"Staff was absolutely lovely. The only problem was that we waited hours to get into the room. Apparently other regular rooms were ready but we had booked a suite. We had been traveling since 5 am. Hanging out for hours in the lobby wasn’t ideal but it wasn’t horrible. The room wasn’t ready until close to 5pm. But the room itself and the experience overall was fine. "I don't like that I had to pay to park my car as a guest of the hotel. If I were parking and then flying I would understand a charge. I would rather have paid more for the room up front the have an additional fee. Also, my room did not have housekeeping over night. I had an issue with both the TV and the safe that were fix on the second day of my stay. Finally the check person was rude and as a Marriot member I had to ask for the amenities like water and such at check-in."
