"Nice staff, very friendly and available. The hotel is tired. Loo y looks nice but rooms are very dated and hallways are "grubby". Main lobby lift was broken as were 2 other room lifts. The remaining lifts were so slow as well. Fridge in our room didn't work and the AC was wired up wrong (3 blower symbol was off and 0 blowers was on) Bathroom appears to have the apocalypse finish with silicone around the toilet. Beds on the firmer side. Room was very quiet though. Breakfast was not worth £21.50...
