As apprently the general building whereby rooms are for the hotel but also tennants are, you need to know ... (HOW??) that the reception is on the the 4th floor. No explanation about anything here. "J'ai réservé une chambre quadruple avec 2 lits doubles. Ils ont surbooké l'hôtel et quand nous sommes arrivés, ils nous ont dit être full. Ils m'ont fait marcher dans la neige pendant 200m alors que je suis handicapée et que je marche avec une canne pour nous emmenés dans un autre hébergement et nous donner une toute petite chambre avec un seul lit.
