The service is first class and the staff are wonderful: We are from Australia and the only “English” speaking visitors , however, this was not a problem for us as the staff all spoke English. "A lovely property in a lovely tiny community with a centuries old church in its front yard. The hotel building is a beautiful mix of Scandinavian design with boho mountain elements of plants, books, local artifacts, etc. The staff is delightful from check-in to check-out. The breakfast was a multi course meal served at the table smoothie, cereal, egg dish, waffles, coffee and dessert, in addition to self service of cheeses, meats breads, fruit, nuts, ets. "Tudo perfeito! Um dos melhores cafés da manhã que já tomei em um hotel. Vista do quarto maravilhosa. Tivemos um episódio desagradável: um funcionário no café da manhã foi muito rude com a gente. Quando chegamos no café, não havia ninguém. Escolhemos uma mesa e quando o funcionário nos viu, foi bem grosseiro dizendo que as mesas eram nominais e que não podíamos sentar em qualquer uma. Não tinha como sabermos dessa informação, pois quando chegamos ao café ninguém foi nos recepcionar."

"It is a little confusing on how to get to the hotel since it is in restricted car area, but the hotel is conveniently located within a couple of blocks of the main shopping area. Parking is available at an extra charge. There is a great trail right above the hotel. The owners are there to make sure that your stay is enjoyable and served a wonderful breakfast. You can ask for eggs cooked however you want them in addition to the continental breakfast. I highly recommend this beautiful...

"Hotellet er et golf-resort, der reklamerer med pool og roof-top bar. Poolen var virkelig lille og lugtede jordslået, så man havde ikke lyst at bade i den. Restauranten på stedet havde desværre en ret dårlig service og mad, der ikke levede op til den ellers flotte beskrivelse i menukortet. Det er en grill-restaurant og kødet var godt og vel tilberedt. Resten var skuffende og ekstremt salt. De tilbyder måske 30 forskellige gin tonic på kortet, men man følte ikke rigtig at bartenderen egentlig...

"A truly wonderful hotel overlooking Bolzano. Very nice rooms, a sure breakfast buffet with an order menu. The views of the Dolomites from the Veranda are superb! A wonderful staff made the stay very memorable. We certainly will come back! If you have a chance, do not miss a stay here."
