Nice facilities, very helpful staff, thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Great hotel, would stay again. It’s a 5 min walk to a short train ride into Lucerne.

We stayed there to watch my brother do a half ironman, it was a good location for the event which was a short train ride, the train station was a quick downhill walk from the hotel and slow uphill walk on way back. I loved the hotel and was really pleased with it, the food at the restaurant is really nice, the rooms very cool and the view to die for. Would love to stay again and have more time to get to the chocolate factory !

The staff was very helpful and the room lovely! Thank you

Short bus ride (no. 24) from Luzern station. Open plan - no door to bathroom - very modern.

Great location, good breakfast, friendly staff

We were a family of 10 with two small boys, two babies, two grandparents and 4 other adults. The hotel looked after our needs very well.We had 4 rooms, one large with an extra very comfortable roll-away bed and another large with cots for the twin babies.the other two rooms were small as were their bathrooms - elegant but definitely small! Everyone was friendly and helpful from the lovely receptionists to the room staff.

Beautiful views, friendly staff and quiet environment with spacious rooms.

We had a fantastic experience, every member of the hotel team were amazing.

Fantastic location right in the centre of town with great breakfast included.

Excellent stay, would go back!

It was a lovely experience from checking in to checking out. The staff were so friendly and helpful. The area around the hotel was lovely. Within walking distance to the town. Would definitely recommend this hotel.

Excellent modern hotel set cleverly within an old building. Fantastic breakfast buffet including smoked salmon and omelettes made to order. Short walk from station with bus stop right outside. Enjoyed the free photo booth.

Take a lake view room and request early for top floor one. Property is very nice.

Stayed here on business always a good place to stay

Lovely modern hotel, easy walking distance from the station and to the old town. No kettle in room it one provided upon request. Comfortable bed. Did not have breakfast as costs were too high. Would recommend.

Hotel is nestled between the trees on the mountain side overlooking Lucerne. I've stayed in a lot of hotels around the world and Chateau Guetsch is up there with the best. Views from our balcony were stunning and the Hotel it's self was fabulous. I would use this Hotel again if visiting Lucerne in the future.

Great location

Our stay at hotel Uto Kulm was amazing. It really made our first trip to Switzerland so special. The hotel its self is so well situated with amazing views. There is a 10 min walk from the station but it’s a lovely walk. Very friendly and attentive staff. I had asked prior for a balcony and they sorted that out straight away. Will definitely be coming back to stay.
