"Pool area wasn’t clean and stank of urine in the changing room. Breakfast wasn’t fresh, eggs had been under the lamp for ages and bacon was cold."

"Room was clean. Staff were welcoming Breakfast was ok, needs another coffee machine as there were lines every morning. Spa - The sauna wasnt working and in the addititonal package - the steam room wasnt working. Lockers were broken too. Additional package was not worth the additional money."

"I have always wanted to visit Seckford Hall, and I took a work trip as an opportunity. The staff were just so warm and friendly. The spa was wonderful And the atmosphere in the bar and the communal areas-just excellent. Many thanks to all the staff."

"Easy check in and rooms did the job! Few bits of wear and tear in the rooms but nothing that a lick of paint can’t fix. Would recommend to anyone who needs a hotel in the Clacton area!"

"Bijzondere locatie om te overnachten qua oudheid en historie. Leuke en gezellige bar met grote lounge en vele fijne stoelen. Achter het hotel is ook een grote parkeerplaats en het hotel zelf ligt aan de hoofdstraat dus wel wat drukker voor de deur. Continentaal ontbijt was niet heel uitgebreid maar wel oké. Je kon English breakfast los bestellen. Je moet smalle trappen lopen richting kamer. Die was klein en compact ook qua badkamer."
