"The reception desk is in front of the hotel. No signs for it or nothing, we almost left for another hotel till we found a worker cleaning the room and asked them for help. Toilet was unflushed or maybe had chemicals in it which were yellow. No amenities such as soap, bodywash, etc. Bathroom door broken. The staff opened the door while we were sleeping three times, after the second time we put a DND sign on, they came in the third time. We are not mad at all the cleaning crew or anything because...

"I also didnt want to leave an amazing review as i dont want this place to be as popular. The staff on arrival were so welcoming and helpful and as a solo traveller this is always a bonus. The room had a balcony overlooking the pool and just beyond that is the sea. Perfect weather and views all round. The food and drinks at the bar are so reasonably priced and both excellent. Special thanks to Ana she is amazing and also Mario for making me feel so at home."

"We had a fantastic stay at the hotel. Room cleaned daily with fresh towels and 2 bottles of water. Food and cocktails both great and dj at the pool on Saturday. Location was fab and being able to walk out straight onto the beach was a treat. Alex in reception was always helpful and friendly. I would have no issues recommending AMA"

"Los Arcos, offers reliable self catering in Ibiza. They unfortunatley after suffering with major construction work/noise next door that over looked our apartment which is active during work days. If you want peace and quiet and plan to stay on site all day, then you need to consider this. For us, it wasn't much of a bother as we were visiting other places during our trip and by dinner time work had stopped. "We loved our stay. The room was a perfect size for 3 people to stay and the view from our balcony was beautiful. The staff were very nice and helpful. They even have a tattoo studio on the premises! One takeaway is if you’re sleeping until the afternoon and are a light sleeper like I am, be mindful of the music from speaker waking you up. Other than that, everything was perfect and we will definitely stay there again."

"The location is great if you rent a car, there’s a huge parking lot across the street from the supermarket which is only a two minute walk from the hotel. Also all the best beaches are about a 15 minute to 20 minute drive and there’s even a local one, which is really nice that’s only seven minutes away."
