"We had to wait till 3pm they said our room wasn't ready till then. The reception area is nice with fancy paintings etc. Our room was outdated and roller blind in bathroom had bit mould on. I wouldn't stay here again as too many steps to climb to get there."

"Don’t let reception deceive you! It looks very nice but our room was absolutely dreadful. I understand it’s now a dated property in need of renovation but this was ridiculous.
