Scenic Resort

"I gave it a four because it was exactly what I needed, however it probably is more like a 3.5. The cabin was clean and accommodations were as listed. The inside was outdated though and the bathroom appeared to be pieced together. No issues with plumbing. There was a ceiling fan and an air conditioner which is a plus, made for comfortable sleeping. The grounds were good off the beach area, but the beach area could use a little TLC. Most of the outdoor furniture was broken in some way. There were a lot of rocks and weeds and it just looked a little unkempt. The property manager was friendly and helpful and the price was good but if you are looking for something updated and modern, you will not find it here."

"It was a nice stay. Pool was closed because they were painting it. We didn't care though because we weren't using the pool anyway. We've stayed here before. It's nice and a great location and beach."

"Everything was provided in the kitchen. If you take cream or sugar in your coffee you would want to bring that We had plenty of towels and TP It was such a welcoming place with so much character. Very clean inside and out. Will definitely visit again."

"This place was fantastic! We stayed here for a few days during wedding weekend because we had a bad experience at the Resort so we came here the next day. The experience was much better than the Tawas Bay Beach Resort. John was nice as well as his staff. We plan on making this our regular vacation stay. I’m a Yelp Elite and they will be getting an amazing review."
