"Nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre nuitée. L'hôtel est très bien situé au centre, littéralement au dessus de la station de tram. Notre chambre donnait sur le côté de l'hôtel, c'était très calme. La chambre était fonctionnelle et nous avons bien dormi. Tout le personnel est charmant et nous a beaucoup renseigné. "From the minute we arrived, the staff was helpful and friendly. We were able to store our bags and check in a few hours early. The room was gorgeous and had a mini bar in the room with plenty of options for tea and coffee. The bathroom was clean with all amenities of soap, shampoo, heated towels,bathrobe and slippers. "Beautiful large room overlooking lake Geneva. Right across the road from the metro, 2 stops into Lausanne gare. The window blinds blacked the room out at night which is perfect for me. Room was always cleaned, water restocked. The drinks were extremely pricey, 2 250ml bottles of Coke, circa £14! Customer service was spot on, shower was excellent and so too the spa/pool/sauna/steam room. Would highly recommend a visit!"

"We picked the hotel while staying in Lausanne because it is closer to Lake Geneva and hence better view, and we are not disappointed. The room is spacious, having three balconies, with the view to the lake and the cities in France across the lake. About 15 minutes walk to/from the train station, passing a lovely park which many locals hang out playing balls, watch kids playing, and just enjoy the sunshine. "Excellent.Very good air conditioning. Thick double glazed windows.Room silent. Good beds and bathroom. Central location in the old town. Neighborhood clean and safe with some interesting characters on the street. Old town is halfway up the hill, walkable but some hills. Take the metro down to the waterfront where ,at Ouchy, there are old beautiful restored steamers to Montreux, Chillon Castle and Thonon-les-Bains with great views of the lake and Alps. Would definitely stay again. "

"Hotel uses a virtual reception desk that may challenge some people. It worked for us although there was a slight I.T. glitch that we solved! Room was a good size, breakfast was traditional and adequate. Location suited as the bus shops were nearby. "
