"Ample free parking.. easy check in.. comfortable clean room although compact and basic but very clean and pleasant decor..
En suite bathroom.. TV..work station etc..
Great location and many restaurants and shops nearby..
Buffet breakfast was a continental offering along with scrambled eggs and bacon..got to say the eggs were very nice..

"The room was ok. No heat in bathroom unless you pulled string and went off again. Parking is limited but we were lucky to get the last spot. There is a small town where we found a nice restaurant for dinner. Unfortunately there was a group of people who stayed up late yelling, knocking on doors, and making lots of noise in the hallway outside our 1st floor room. The Abbaye itself was fascinating and worth walking through. We brought some beer to support and it was very good. So mixed feelings."

"Room was small bathroom was small but over all for a one night it was fine. The sheets where stained I did ask for new ones although I think they where just stained washed but old. "

"Stayed only for a night during a roadtrip. The hotel is very conveniently located. Parking is secure and safe. The staff were very friendly and nice. "

"We had booked a double room with bathtub but only remembered after 10 minutes. The manager said it was too late to change but that we could leave if we wanted! There were also no drinks making facilities in the room and no lift."

"This is a pleasant characterful property, with the sort of period charm we prefer rather than clincal modernity.
The check-in was efficient and welcoming.
Our top floor room was spacious and comfortable wth a good sofa as a bonus.
The breakfast was continental, with no hot options as expected. The only thing that stopped this from being 5star is that, despite nice touches like an orange juicing machine and plum moelleux cake, there was less than average choice of standard items of prepared fruit and pastries.
This was just a stopover for us on the way back to the ferry from Switzerland, so we didn't spend time in the town other than to view the river from the bridge, and enjoy the local cuisine and ambience at the Bonaventure in the main square."

"It is a classic feeling French space that is spacious but just be prepared for things not to be at 4 star level. Full access to the kitchen is nice and you will have large downstairs and outdoor areas to use. If you have mobility issues avoid because of the circular staircase. Quiet area. "
