Parking un peu exigu, car camionnettes, mais ça va. Problème les fumeurs devant les portes de services odeur de cigarettes à l'intérieur des couloirs très désagréable.

PRESTATIONS MÉDIOCRES

Problème concernant la réservation que nous avions réalisé sur internet.il a fallu contacter la personne de l'accueil. Arrivée de cette personne 30 minutes après notre appel.cela a permis de débloquer la situation pour nous permettre d'accéder à notre chambre.elle nous a expliqué que nombre de clients rencontraient des problèmes avec l'appareil situé à l'entrée.de plus nous nous sommes aperçus que le prix était inférieur lors d'une réservation sur place .Ce qui nous paraît aberrant à l'ère d'internet,différence de 6 euros en défaveur d'internet. Par ailleurs, nous avons trouvé des canettes sous le lit,il y avait de la poussière sur les étagères et les serviettes étaient d'une propreté douteuses (présence de tâches). Très déçu par la prestation.D'autant qu'après avoir demandé un geste commercial portant sur le fait de nous offrir un petit déjeuner,on nous a offert le montant de la taxe .je précise si besoin en est, que nous pris 2 petits déjeuners dans votre établissement.

Super Unterkunft, kleine Zimmer, nichts für Urlaub. Aber für die durchreise zum schlafen ist es super. Sauber. Das einzige was mich persöhnlich gestört hat ist der Teppich Boden, er ist sauber aber meine Nase mag das trotzdem nicht.

Sale et puant

Tout a commencé dès l'arrivée. L'accueil étant fermé, l'enregistrement s'est fait via un écran qui m'a fait payer à nouveau la chambre. Lorsque je suis allé réclamer plus tard la personne devant moi et la personne derrière moi étaient là pour la même chose. Ensuite une fois dans la chambre, ça sentait les pieds, on a dû ouvrir la fenêtre dès notre arrivée et on avait que 2 serviettes pour 3 personnes. On range la valise sous le lit : il y avait une bouteille d'eau minérale usagée. Au moment d'aller dormir, un des lits étaient rempli de cheveux d'inconnus. À 3, ce n'était pas une chambre mais un box, rien que les 3 valises prenaient toute la place, il ne faut pas être chlostrophobe.

Sale d'eau très sale surtout au niveau de la douche, juste 2 serviette, pas de gants de toilette, juste du savon liquide dans un distributeur au niveau de la douche, on ne sait ni la marque ni les propriétés, chambre peu pratique. Pour une nuit, j'ai quand même été déçu. Sinon la literie est très confortable.

Nice for couple if nights

Nice room, shower was good and air conditioning worked well. The tv was bigger than usual in budget rooms. The bed was ok but a bit squeaky. Plenty of parking and they were friendly on reception

La reception excellente rien a redire , les réceptionniste sont adorables et disponible en cas de besoin pour moi c'est parfait de ce côté ci , dans l'ensemble sejour agréable le seul point que je reprocherais éventuellement ce serait plutot concernant la chambre (le linge pas parfaitement propre je pense que les client abuse en ne faisant pas attention et que les taches ne partent pas , l'evacuation des douches ne s'ecoulent pas tres bien , la pression des pommeau tres faible moi donc assez long pour le rinçage des cheveux . Le lit grince un peu et le seche cheveux ne fonctionne pas .) Sinon a part ça tres bon hotel et le personnel est vraiment au top je recommande . 😊
