"The property it self was lovely,clean & very comforable. Good communication & information. Downside its at the end of a trading/industrial estate. No where near telford centre if you didnt want to drive."

Fantastic stay

"We arrived early and didn’t expect our room to be ready, or to be allowed to check in an hour early but it was and they didn’t charge an early check in fee either. Room was lovely and clean and cool, the only small issue was the bathroom door is a sliding one and when it was closed the edge of the glass panel on the inside of the bathroom door needed to be dusted. Breakfast was a very chilled experience, everything was replenished well before it ran out, there were no queues for anything, lovely fresh waffles! They offer vegetarian sausages but we did not have them. Scrambled eggs were delicious. Fantastic shower, no loss of pressure and had an even temperature. Friday night we could just about hear street noise but it was so minimal we had to really listen. I would def stay here again, location is perfect, 15 mins walk from New Street station, tram stop just outside, 5 min walk to the utilita arena! "

"We had a small problem with our initial apartment. Staff could not have acted more quickly and moved us immediately. The apartment was very clean and comfortable, with everything you could need for a weekend stay. However, it was the very pleasant staff who made it such a good experience. "
