"Honestly you walk through the front door into another world! It feels like yuozr in the muddle of a forest and the atmosphere is peace and relaxation. Our room was spacious and airy and perfect temp to get away from the heat we had during our visit. The plung pool qas wonderfully relaxing and excitingly fun and thw under ground hot pool was wonderful. Helpful and friendlzly staff add to the fact that we will be returning to this beautiful retreat in the middle of the city."

"El hotel, habitaciones están muy bien. El personal siempre atento, en especial Leo y Cintia siempre fueron muy amables. El desayuno sabroso, si no comes huevo entonces si tendrás huevo solo hay dos opciones."

"Dipping pool in courtyard. Nobody ever used it or visible in the courtyard. One needs a study on public transit and be self-sufficient on goggle maps to get around. I had a loaded Vay-Ven transit card but no idea of Bus numbers to going where. No name streets only numbers. Even numbers going North/South and uneven numbers running EastWest. One block is half a mile Was forced to Walked miles daily. At the end I discovered collectivo vans to wave down for 23 pesos a ride. "

"La habitación en términos generales bien, pedí que me cambiaran porque la primera necesitaba mantenimiento en el baño y se veía sucio, nos pusieron junto a la sala donde el personal de mantenimiento guarda sus insumos y fue lo peor que nos pudo pasar, desde las 8 am las señoras hacen muchísimo ruido y escuchas toda su platica, se lea pide que guarden un poco de silencio y no hacen caso, además que toda la primer planta, donde están las habitaciones está al rededor de un patio con área social,...
