"The property is excellent: very clean, spacious rooms, nice restaurant and coffee shop, with staff that were professional and kind. My only complaint is that I couldn't contact the property in advance to set up the airport shuttle, and that when I took it to the airport it runs only on the hour (not half hour) so I had to arrive very early for my flight. Not a major deal, but worth noting."

"The hotel was conveniently located within the historic district, walking distance to many attractions and restaurants. I was satisfied with the amenities and service at the hotel. The room was adequate for what you pay for, certainly nothing fancy. My only complaint is that they lack a fan in the bathroom for ventilation."

"The staff was kind and polite. The property was clean. The only down side really was that I was staying in a hotel in Mexico where the restaurant did not sell tacos and didn’t understand the concept of a me in my Corona."

"The Good: great location, walking distance to the Subway Metro stations "Chabacano" and "Lazaro Cardenas". The Area is safe during the night. Facilities are very clean. The staff is very friendly. it has a restaurant open Monday to Saturday 7am to 10pm. Excellent Furniture, Great price for the money. The Bad: No air conditioning in the rooms, but there is a little air vent at the bottom of the window. Power electrical outlets are limited, the door key is physical like the old style, there is no washer and dryer self-service. security boxes are only in certain rooms, you have to ask for one. the bathroom door is a little inconvenient for quick access. "
