"Sadly my room was dirty (dusty) when I arrived. I had booked 6 rooms and in 5 of the rooms the air con did not work. In one of the rooms there were no shower gel or shampoo in the bottles int he shower, unprofessional and annoying when you're already in the shower! Also I am not sure I understand why in a nearly empty hotel we were given rooms facing the back 'garden' (ie other buildings) when lots of rooms would have been available with a better view. Overall we had an ok stay but one thing is for certain, we will not stay here again next time we visit to Andorra."

My room was remarkably clean, spacious, and provided a peaceful sanctuary after a day of sightseeing. It is clear that the housekeeping staff takes great pride in their work.The location is also unbeatable. Being right in the heart of Andorra la Vella allowed me to easily explore the vibrant local shops, cafes, and stunning architecture of the city. There is something so magical about being surrounded by the Pyrenees, and having such a reliable and comfortable home base made the experience even better.I cannot recommend Comtes d'Urgell enough to anyone visiting the area. Between the top-tier service, the pristine rooms, and the perfect location, it exceeded all my expectations. "Andorra's national language is Catalan, I understand that. I made the mistake of wishing the receptionist at the hotel 'good day' in Spanish when I arrived. He did not reply at all - not even in English - and stared at me. I don't believe this is the correct response. I would have thought that replying in English would have been a more appropriate reply to my aberration rather than silence, especially from a hotel receptionist. It reminded me of when I wished a shopkeeper 'good day' in the Basque country - an awkward silence. "
