Severely lacking in customer service. Most of the employees give attitude when answering questions. Also, maneuvering around the property was difficult. The resort is NOT located in a walkable area either so if you’re someone that likes to explore on foot, I suggest staying

yes we had an ocean view...everything was great...except the floor was still sandy when we checked in
