"My fiancé and I stayed 3 nights here in March and while I wouldn't call it a 5-star hotel, we had an excellent experience. Something to consider when staying here is that it is located about 40 minutes away from the main city area (Christiansted) and the roads leading up the hotel get narrow and the cell service gets shotty. The drive is so far out that some Uber drivers decline your ride because they do not want to drive out that far. I would def let them drive instead of renting if you are...

"Rooms need a deep clean to get rid of all the sand from previous guests. Wasn’t a very welcoming or friendly hotel. The very nicest people who work there are the guards at the gate. So nice. Everyone else, didn’t really care. Based on others’ reviews we skipped the pool and restaurants. The beach was pretty but that’s all the resort has going for it. "

Lounge chair covers & beach towels supplied.This is a laid back resort. Simple " island" breakfast provided. Snorkel gear, kayaks, cooler, ice provided. Frederiksted is easy walk. From the moment I checked in, it was clear that this place is long overdue for a complete overhaul—starting with the room bathrooms, which were an absolute disaster. Poor water pressure, inconsistent drainage, flushing that looked like they hadn’t been updated (or properly maintained) in decades made even the simplest routines frustrating. "The apartment truly does sit in the heart of Christiansted - a perfect location for popping out to a local dinner, browsing local shops, heading out for an excursion, or ducking downstairs to the juice bar. The space was well maintained very clean, and provided everything we need. We had a great time and would definitely recommend this apartment for a trip to Christiansted."
