The beach is dirty, smells like cigarettes / marijuana and has trash. There is constant noise of wave runners and loud music. "We enjoyed our recent stay at Sapphire Beach Resort. The facilities were clean and well kept, the resort staff were very helpful in giving us tips of how to navigate the island, and our host was very responsive when we had an issue with the a/c not cooling properly. This location is a close ride to the Red Hook ferry, and the snorkeling on the little reef was great!"

I tried to reach them a week before the trip, a couple of days before the trip and then when I arrived in St Thomas. I finally got in touch with Ronita as we were pulling up to the apartments.
