Darrel was very kinda and welcoming. The place itself is super cute and cozy and tucked away from everything. It was the perfect escape. Next time, I want to check out the hot tub and spend time on the little balcony. Looking forward to staying at Ponderosa Lodge again!

Our room(s) were great. We actually stayed in two different rooms during our stay and both were wonderful. We had a bit of trouble with the electronic locking system, but the manager was extremely helpful and responded quickly to resolve the issue. We were very pleased with the accommodations and the responsive staff. This is the place to stay when visiting Estes Park.

Excellent accommodations and guest service! Provided texts with all the details we needed to find the driveway, our room access details and responded right away to questions about the amenities. The kitchenette had everything which was wonderful for us to have home cooked breakfast /coffee before early days of hiking. The rooms were cozy and comfortable with fireplace , deck, and lodge themed decorations. Clean and quiet for a restful sleep. Staff was friendly. I will be back when the mountains call again!

We had a wonderful time at the lodge! Our room faced the river and we were able to listen to rushing water all night! Very relaxing. The room was spacious , clean and comfortable. If is also super close to Rocky Mountain National Park a huge plus!

We stayed in the beautiful Ponderosa Room with a private hot tub and wood burning stove. Everything you need is there - sink, mini fridge, stove. Staff was great and Estes Park is a great town to visit.
