"Proximity to the airport was key (it really is a 5 min walk) especially when our evening flight into Lisbon was delayed so that we arrived at 3 am and had to go back at 7:30 the next morning to endure Lisbon passport control to return to Canada on a morning flight. Breakfast buffet was plentiful and varied. Room was quiet and more spacious than expected. Right across the street from the more expensive Melia airport hotel."

"The air circulation system didn't work in the room. No AC, no fan circulation- nothing. It was not a pleasant experience and we're not able to sleep at all.
Informed the receptionist and we're informed that air circulation system is not working in my room, it is centrally controlled."

"They did a really nice job with breakfast. We stayed overnight before a flight out of Lisbon airport and everything was fine. Shuttle service was good - costs 5 euro."

"It is so easy to walk ( 5-10minutes ) from the Terminal …..& the dinner and buffet breakfast ( from ? 4am ) were very good .
But have to say all of the staff ,( check-in desk, housekeeping and especially the restaurant staff !) were really friendly and pleasant , thanks !"
