"Clean restful place for an early flight out of Lisbon airport"

"We were upgraded to a suite on the top floor. Staff were friendly. We only stayed one night as we had an early flight the next morning, so we didn't get to try the breakfast. The airport shuttle was efficient and the driver was helpful in pointing us toward departures."

"Property is about $5 cab ride from airport, it's close but not right next to the airport which reduces noise and traffic, however not necessarily the greatest neighborhood as there wasn't much to do around the area. Hotel is big and had to walk a long way to the room. Room was clean and great but the desk was as scratched up so not sure how often they replace things. A shopping mall is right across the street from the hotel, which has a big supermarket and food court. The hotel is a bit far from the city center where you have to take the red line then change to either green or blue line to get to the city center. "No instructions for the room amenities. We didn’t know if the water was free and had to ring 5 times for someone to answer. We then found the seal for the water was already broken. When the person next to you in the bed moved the whole bed rocked. There was music playing outside until 11pm. Someone tried to get in our room at 5am. Had a very bad night sleep."
