"The location of the hotel is in a more quiet area of Lisbon but still easily accesible with public transportation. I wish the cleaning products will have less strong scent as some people have sensitivity to scent. Otherwise, good hotel."

"Everyone was so nice & helpful. We ate Dinner at the indoor area by the pool and had a great time thanks to the staff. The manager Joseph was so nice and helpful. He recommended and let us taste some new wines that we have never had.. He was very knowledgeable and very nice and helpful with all of our questions..He took time out to show us how to get to certain bars & restaurants at the hotel. And our waiter Roger was very nice:) we met a lady named Amy and she was sweet and explained how to get around at the hotel. We are here for a wedding and it’s our first time to Europe. "Good location. The room they gave me was not the best, no view (upgraded to junior suites). the suite had small kitchen, garbage was not picked up daily and I had to call for supply refills. the shower was the big problem for me that they never fixed it after so many requests to fix it. "

"The hotel is good but not the 9.6 advertised on hotels.com. Our sliding toilet door was missing so privacy was an issue. The electric curtains were not connected properly and the television was glitching. Staff were very nice and location was good. This is a 7 out of 10 for me. It felt a bit tired. "

"The staff were kind and helpful. The place was very clean! We were two travelers sharing a room not in a couple and had to ask twice for twin beds not pushed together. They came to separate beds but then upgraded us to a nicer room with a great view the next morning and brought us cakes. This would be a fabulous place for a couple but the bathroom lacks a door and even though the toilet had a glass door, the shower was open. So two people not in a couple lack privacy. Otherwise I have no complaints it was wonderful and the massages in the spa were the best we’ve had! Everyone was kind and helpful! Great place for couples!"
