"We had a great stay here. The location is super convenient and made it easy to get around. The staff were very helpful and accommodating throughout our visit, which we really appreciated. The room itself was comfortable and well-kept. The only thing to note is that some of the rooms on the upper floors facing the street have windows placed very high up on the wall, so you don’t get much of a view. This wasn’t a big issue for us since we were out exploring most of the time, but if you’re someone...

"Lovely property right in the middle of all the action. Staff were excellent - warm, welcoming and professional. Breakfast choices were plentiful - the Eggs Benedict very tasty - with fresh squeezed juices, and great coffee. Our highest recommendation is that we will stay there again on our next visit to Lisbon."

The Sintra tour group signed up at the hotel is of good value and the tour guide is fun and knowledgeable. I also like the residential area, away from tourists yet still very convenient. "What a great hotel.. from the moment we got there till the time we left.. They went out of their to take care of any needs we had.. the room was lovely.. When we arrived they greeted us with sparkling wine and goodies. The beds were really comfy , coffee and tea and water in the room no extra charge.
