"Pros: there is a sign on street to identify hotel but once you arrive at check in desk no further sign so I was not sure I was at the right hotel. We took metro from train station. Easy access to hotel walking from metro. Air conditioning worked without issue- cooled off room. "We loved the location, though it's about 1km from the nearest subway station (Rato; frequent buses between the station and the hotel #727 and #706). Lots of neighbourhood small restaurants, coffee shops, etc. Hotel front desk staffed most of the time but it might be a good idea to get an entrance code in advance if arriving late. "The property is gorgeous but the interior feels old and dusty. I personally had major allergies because of all of the dust and improper maintenance. Although the linens felt clean, the rug and curtains felt very dirty and dusty. I noticed mold on the roof right above my bed. I am now sick and imagine it’s from the mold and dust. The team is very welcoming and the hotel provides an honesty bar and treats for the guests, which was very nice."
