The owner even makes his own marmalade with fruit grown on the property that was served to us for breakfast. Property is quiet and was the perfect distance for our meeting with our Mt Etna tour company. Also enjoyed going to nearby Riposte that was a short drive away. Only issue was not being able to connect to WiFi but hey, that's not why you visit Italy."

The hotel was very clean, new, good dinner (although we wished for a bigger menu to include pizza), a nice breakfast. The staff were all wonderful! Only issue we had was that Riposto was very dirty. They say it’s because of the government not picking up the trash, etc but clearly it’s a pretty bad problem. It was gross.
