Good hotel at base of Mount Etna

The hotel/agriturismo was situated at the base of Mount Etna - we had spectacular views of the volcano and the sea. The pool was beautiful and well maintained. Food was excellent and staff very helpful. It was a short drive to Taoromina. Only complaint was the 7:30am wake-up call from the helicopter outside.

Very nice hotel

Comfortable beds, staff are friendly and helpful, clean hotel, but its quite far away from everything- having a car would be a must if planning on leaving the hotel regularly

The place is nice and the prices is good. The staff was very nice and the food was good. I would stay here again. The rooms were very basic, but were clean and have everything you need. The property is nice to walk and the farm employees were very welcoming.

My wife and I stumbled upon this hotel while looking for a last minute reservation. It is a mini resort, they have a beautiful property (bar, resturaunt, lounge, pool). The hotel was very welcoming. Easy to park, you would have to have a car to stay here. Great experience and value.

Amazing!

Second time staying at this hotel and it was just amazing. The staff are super nice and they made sure to accomodate us in every way. Rooms are nice, clean and spacious and the area surrounding the property is beautiful. Car park is also very convenient and safe. 10/10 👏💙

Hotel has great view on Etna, rooms are clean and spacious. It’s in quiet area surrounded by citruses. Staffs are very friendly and hard working, always here for guests. Food is absolutely delicious. I would recommend this hotel for someone who wants to be out of noise and busy area. Need rent a car

It was our second visit in this hotel, hotel is very clean, international breakfast are delicious. Hotel did some improvements from last year as new tiles around pool and pool bar. Restaurant has delicious good, onky we were limited as don’t like fish, very limited meals with chicken which we prefer. But other food we have tried was great. Hotel is away from town, car is a must. Beach is 10 min away by car. There was little bit of communication barrier as staffs in restaurant on lunch time don’t speak English, but they have spoken other languages. Anyway they are very kind

This hotel was in a quiet location but still near to lots of places you want to visit ( Etna , Taormina - Mazzaro cable car etc ) . The pool area was beautifully kept and the staff were nice and helpful. The rooms were simply furnished but perfectly functional. The food we ate there was lovely apart from a tuna dish in sauce which was way too salty and 3 times the veg accompaniment was freezing. I think they could improve the menu by having a couple of specials each day as otherwise it can get a bit repetitive, if there for a week. They had a sax player and DJ whilst we were there and this was amazing ( what a sax player ) . There was a drain smell in our room one day but this was rectified with a spray and they obviously cleared the drain as the next day it was better. They need better coffee at breakfast too as the bar coffee is nice but breakfast isn’t . If they improve the food menu ( by having daily specials ) make breakfast till 10.30 and make the checkout time later - it would be 5 stars all the way .

Good place , but the Heliport taking ppl to mount Etna was right on the back of the hotel, it wakes you up early every morning and it takes off and lands rather “unusual “. Very noisy!

Lovely area with a stunning view of Mount Etna. Great location in between Catania and Letojanni but I recommend renting a car to get around / be willing to pay for taxis to go everywhere as it is far from towns/ attractions
