"The people who has the hotel were very accommodating as we came in late and they had technically closed but they came and open the doors for us and got us settled and helped us with parking as we arrived in the middle of a festival - very friendly and nice people "

The rooms are comfortable and spotlessly clean.The food is just delicious (try the pesce spada) and Signora Maria is the kind soul of the place. I will return!"

"The rooms are modern and very clean and comfortable. As a solo female traveler I also felt very safe here and could walk around to the market, bakery and restaurants easily. I really enjoyed my stay and it was nice to have a shared kitchen where I could store food in a fridge and make coffee each morning. The staff is very friendly a responsive and helpful. They even gave me a ride to the train station when I left Catania. I would definitely recommend this accommodation to my friends and family."
"The property is in excellent condition. The pool with a diving board can entertain you all day. My kids had a blast. The owner is very nice. There is an Etna tour (ask the owner directly) that picks you up at 8mood and brings you back there. Excellent overall."
"It’s an Airbnb. Not a hotel. Waited in the street for 2.5 hours. A neighbour let me into the courtyard, told me the Airbnbs are on the first floor. I was stuck in the courtyard for 10-15 minutes at one point as none of the keys worked. Shook the door until someone came down to let me out. Host didn’t tell me where the room was until Expedia already relocated me to another property as it was after 1am. What a waste of 4+ hours of my life."
